Our Team


    Gregory began his career at Kemper Equipment in 1992 as a Sales Representative. He was promoted to VP of Sales and then became the President of the company in 2005. In his current role as President, Gregory works to satisfy customers' needs with solutions and products. The two most important tasks he does to fill customer needs include creating an excellent team at Kemper Equipment and making sure the company partners with excellent suppliers.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Gregory worked for JE Baker Refractories - Magnesita and ITT Fluid Technologies Production. He has been in the quarry and mining industry for 22 years in sales and distribution. He earned his B.S. in Business/Finance from Elizabethtown College.

    Gregory is active in the National Stone Sand & Gravel Association and the Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association.

    In his spare time, Gregory serves on the board for the Chester County Food Bank. A self-proclaimed foodie, Gregory also enjoys golfing, traveling and watching his children play basketball, tennis and soccer.


    Micah joined Kemper Equipment in 2019 as Controller and was recently promoted to Chief Financial Officer. His primary responsibilities include management of our accounting department and financial administration at Kemper.

    Micah comes to us with over 10 years of strong leadership and financial administration in public accounting. He supported a variety of private companies in the construction and material handling industries with tax and financial reporting. Micah obtained his CPA license in 2010. A graduate of Messiah College with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Micah currently lives in Lansdale, PA with his wife and two (soon to be three!) children. Outside the office, Micah enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves attending Philadelphia sporting events.


    Michael joined Kemper Equipment in July of 2014 and currently serves as Technical Product & Systems Leader. His responsibilities include management and oversight of estimating, product development and applications. He most enjoys working with Kemper Equipment's customers to develop solutions, whether simple or complex, exceeding their expectations and site-specific needs.

    Prior to his current role he served as a Design Engineer and Sales Engineer/Project Estimator at Kemper. Before coming to Kemper Equipment Michael worked for Mellott Company as a Design Engineer and Project Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Physics.

    Michael lives in Upper Pottsgrove, PA with his wife Taira and their newborn son Elijah. He and his wife enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially with their newborn son. Michael also enjoys going to Penn State football games (We Are PENN STATE!!,) hunting, hiking, golf and wood working projects.


    Dan joined Kemper Equipment in September 2018 as a Sales Territory Manager. Dan Brings 20 years experience in the aggregate industries. He got his start at LB Smith in Camp Hill, Pa. He came to Kemper from Telsmith a US. Crushing and Screen Manufacture, where he held the role of a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for direct sales and dealer manager in the Mid-Atlantic State. Dan was the 2010 North American Regional Sales Manager of the year. Dan will serve all Kemper Equipment customers with capital equipment projects and complete systems.


    Ivy was practically raised at Kemper Equipment. Her mother, Betty Flanders, was sales coordinator at KE for many years and Ivy began her career at Kemper as a teenager sorting bolts and learning her way around the office. She returned to Kemper after school in 2006 and worked in Accounting, Purchasing, Operations and finally Parts Sales, giving her a superior understanding of the business. Using her strength of communication, Ivy is willing to go the extra mile to make sure she exceeds customer expectations. Her knowledge of the industry, equipment and material handling parts make her an asset to Kemper and to all her customers.

    Ivy lives in Lancaster with her significant other, Jedediah, along with her children Ty, Sabra, and Azriel. and step children, Allie and Andre. She enjoys spending free time with her family, and being active outdoors with fishing, swimming and sporting events.


    Aaron has been working for Kemper Equipment for 15 years. He currently oversees and leads the design of both new plant projects and standard Kemper products through the Engineering department. He most enjoys providing solutions and quality products for customers.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Aaron spend 2 ½ years working in bulk material handling.

    Aaron is married and has 2 sons. In his spare time he enjoys quality time with family, hiking, biking and automobile customization projects.


    Dan began his career with Kemper Equipment in 2011 and currently serves as Operations Manager. His responsibilities include management and oversight of Kemper Operations, project management, purchasing, field service, and fabrication. In addition his operational duties, he provides structural engineering assistance and guidance to the engineering department. He most enjoys seeing a project come to life from the first line on a sketch pad to a multi-million dollar plant that effectively provides a solution to a customer's need.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Dan designed and managed industrial and commercial projects with a consulting engineering firm, specializing in structural engineering. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering with Structural Focus from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA. He has also earned a Project Management Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University and holds a Quarry Academy Certificate. Dan is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and Texas.

    Dan, his wife, and their four children reside in Ephrata, PA. When he's not chasing after his kids, he finds a few hours to get out into a tree stand or onto the golf course.


    A successful HR director for quarries and manufacturing, Sylvia brings her talent for everything human resources related, including training, safety and health, recruiting and streamlining company processes. She is currently chair of our state certified safety committee. Her hands on approach working with our employees and management teams creates an environment of open communication and greatly contributes to Kemper's culture and success.

    Sylvia resides in Berks County and outside of work, she enjoys spending fun family time with her 4 grandchildren.


    With a background spanning over 20 years in the industry in service, parts, product support and sales (most recently as Territory Sales Manager for Old Dominion Equipment & Supply,) Billy manages our sales teams for crushing, screening, conveying, wash equipment and parts. His goal is to lead his team to provide superior customer service to all Kemper Equipment customers.

    Billy's endless energy, drive and passion to please is a natural fit for Kemper's company culture where knowledge, innovation, safety and commitment yield remarkable results.


    Dan joins Kemper with a background in power transmission and parts for aggregate, asphalt and quarry operations. His talent for detail and observation gives him a leg up when determining solutions for Kemper customers. He began in the industry managing purchasing and maintenance for 35 aggregate and asphalt production facilities so he knows what it's like on-site and in the pit and what it takes to maximize production.

    Dan prides himself with accurate and timely response and serves all Kemper Equipment parts customers as the go-to in the field parts specialist.


    Mike has been in the industry for 28 years. He started at Better Materials in 1994 as a Haul Truck Operator. He moved to the asphalt side of the company and operated their batch and drum plants and wash plants.

    Returning to PA in 2003 Mike became a lead for the Asphalt side of Penns Park. He went on to become Assistant Plant Manager of the facility and in 2019, Mike became the Asphalt Plant Manager for Glasgow Inc., where he ran their three asphalt plants in Southeast PA. Mike is excited to apply his extensive knowledge of the mining and asphalt industry to help Kemper Equipment customers.

    Mike and his wife, Kristin, have been married for 27 years and have one son Zachary who lives in North Carolina with his girlfriend. They live with their dog Makenna and cat Ned. They often spend the weekends at Brigantine to enjoy the beach life. Mike has also been with the Doylestown Fire company for five years and has served as the Chief Engineer for three years.

    He will assist and provide top notch products for our customers in New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
