Our Team

    Gregory began his career at Kemper Equipment in 1992 as a Sales Representative. He was promoted to VP of Sales and then became the President of the company in 2005. In his current role as President, Gregory works to satisfy customers' needs with solutions and products. The two most important tasks he does to fill customer needs include creating an excellent team at Kemper Equipment and making sure the company partners with excellent suppliers.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Gregory worked for JE Baker Refractories - Magnesita and ITT Fluid Technologies Production. He has been in the quarry and mining industry for 22 years in sales and distribution. He earned his B.S. in Business/Finance from Elizabethtown College.

    Gregory is active in the National Stone Sand & Gravel Association and the Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association.

    In his spare time, Gregory serves on the board for the Chester County Food Bank. A self-proclaimed foodie, Gregory also enjoys golfing, traveling and watching his children play basketball, tennis and soccer.

    Thomas joined Kemper Equipment in 2004 and currently serves at the company's Chief Financial Officer. His primary responsibilities include financial and administrative management. He most enjoys the people he works with and the interesting and challenging work of his position.

    Thomas has a strong financial leadership background in the engineering, manufacturing, construction and material handling industries and has over 30 years of experience.

    Thomas has 3 children and a significant other, Linda. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys music and traveling. He's also a member of LCBC Church in Manheim, PA

    Chris joined Kemper Equipment as Sales Director in 2015. He directs company sales strategies and heads up Kemper Equipment's sales team. With his broad knowledge of applications, product line management and capital projects, Chris has developed an understanding of material handling equipment and processes from construction aggregate to industrial minerals, specifically lime and mined ores.

    Chris brings over 25 years of experience in engineering and sales of quarry and mining equipment, including work for major global manufacturers. Chris spent 18 years as a crushing and screening product manager for Sandvik (Svedala). Most recently, he worked for Metso, the last 6 years on capital projects.

    Bradley joined Kemper Equipment in 2013 as Parts Sales Manager. He moved into outside sales in 2015 at our Sales Territory Manager for North and Central PA. His strength is listening to customers' wants and needs and providing the best solutions. He challenges himself to provide answers that will help Kemper customers lower their production costs while making a profitable product.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Bradley spent 18 years involved in all aspects of business to business sales. This includes becoming a top-ranked account executive for many years as well as becoming a Director of Sales and Marketing.

    Bradley received his B.S. from West Chester University where he majored in Communications. He currently lives in the Reading area with his wife Jennifer, their son Jayden and their dog Henry. In his spare time he enjoys working out, watching his son play sports and spending time with family and friends.

    Chris joined Kemper Equipment in late 2014 and currently serves as Territory Manager. He handles sales, management and development of existing accounts and new business. He most enjoys working with Kemper Equipments' customers, learning what is most important to them, while providing solutions for their needs.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Chris worked in outside sales for the automotive fleet industry. He earned his Bachelor's degree from West Chester University.

    Chris lives in Media, PA with his wife Ana. He and his wife enjoy the outdoors including hiking, climbing and kayaking. Chris loves music and plays in a band in the Philadelphia area in his spare time.

    Ivy was practically raised at Kemper Equipment. Her mother, Betty Flanders, was sales coordinator at KE for many years and Ivy began her career at Kemper as a teenager sorting bolts and learning her way around the office. She returned to Kemper after school in 2006 and worked in Accounting, Purchasing, Operations and finally Parts Sales, giving her a superior understanding of the business. Using her strength of communication, Ivy is willing to go the extra mile to make sure she exceeds customer expectations. Her knowledge of the industry, equipment and material handling parts make her an asset to Kemper and to all her customers.

    Ivy lives in Lancaster with her significant other, Jedediah, along with her children Ty, Sabra, and Azriel. and step children, Allie and Andre. She enjoys spending free time with her family, and being active outdoors with fishing, swimming and sporting events.

    Aaron has been working for Kemper Equipment for 15 years. He currently oversees and leads the design of both new plant projects and standard Kemper products through the Engineering department. He most enjoys providing solutions and quality products for customers.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Aaron spend 2 ½ years working in bulk material handling.

    Aaron is married and has 2 sons. In his spare time he enjoys quality time with family, hiking, biking and automobile customization projects.

    Norm joined Kemper Equipment in 2017 as Project Manager, and manages best practices fabrication support at our manufacturing facility in Hazleton. He enjoys working with the fabrication shop and field project management team.

    Prior to working at Kemper Equipment, Norm worked at an aggregate equipment supplier for 12 years, ending as Vice President of Operations. He was responsible for (2) fabrication locations one in South Central, Pa and one in Mid-State, NC. Norm also managed the corporate office in South Central, PA. Other experience included project management, fabrication management, bidding work and field crew management for larger installs, both in quarry applications and miscellaneous metals for the food service building industry. Norm has 28 years' experience in light and heavy fabrication from 24 ga S/S to 5" Hot rolled plate.

    Norm lives in Carlisle, Pa with his wife Jill and their son and daughter. Norm enjoys camping, working on cars and home improvement projects on the weekends.

    Dan began his career with Kemper Equipment in 2011 and currently serves as Operations Manager. His responsibilities include management and oversight of Kemper Operations, including estimating, project management, purchasing, field service, and fabrication. In addition his operational duties, he provides structural engineering assistance and guidance to the engineering department. He most enjoys seeing a project come to life from the first line on a sketch pad to a multi-million dollar plant that effectively provides a solution to a customer's need.

    Prior to his work at Kemper Equipment, Dan designed and managed industrial and commercial projects with a consulting engineering firm, specializing in structural engineering. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering with Structural Focus from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA. He has also earned a Project Management Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University and holds a Quarry Academy Certificate. Dan is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

    Dan, his wife Alix, and their three daughters, Mary, Caroline, and Annie reside in Ephrata, PA. When he's not chasing after his kids, he finds a few hours to get out into a tree stand or onto the golf course.

    Bill has worked for Kemper Equipment for the past 20 years, and started as a field service specialist working on site at customer operations. He currently manages the day to day operations of Kemper’s Fabrication Plant in Hazleton, PA. He most enjoys taking a pile of raw steel and turning it into a piece of equipment for a customer.

    Bill has 2 kids, Billy 20 and David 17 who make him proud every day.

    Lori began her career with Kemper in 2005 in our accounting department handling A/R, payroll and HR responsibilities. She was promoted to Office Manager in 2015 and uses her superior skills with people to manage human resources, payroll, company events, property management, and company safety.

    Lori has an associate's degree in Hotel Management. She lives with her husband Scott in Ephrata, PA. They have one son who is currently serving in the Airforce. Outside of Kemper, Lori is a member of The Knight of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, The Norlanco Relay for Life team and manages an antique show. In addition to work and volunteering, she enjoys reading great detective novels.
